Annual Fund

 

Each year, Saint Joseph's conducts an Annual Fund Campaign to raise dollars that are essential to maintain and enhance our student's education.  These funds meet the operating expenses of the school not covered by tuition.

 

Gifts to the Annual Fund are utilized by our school in many ways to support our operating budget and enrich the day-to-day experience of our students. The Annual Fund provides the additional resources for many of the programs that make Saint Joseph's so special.

Examples of Annual Fund dollars at work include:  sending our faculty members to workshops and conferences, acquiring new music and art materials and for the purchase of computers and software. The funds are also used for the upkeep of and enhancement of our wonderful campus.  We may also use Annual Fund gifts for sports equipment, team uniforms, and other items needed for our athletic programs.

 

Did you know?

 

Tuition covers only about 80% of a student's Saint Joseph's education. Like most independent schools, Saint Joseph's relies upon voluntary Annual Giving from families and friends to bridge the gap between tuition and operating expenses.

All gifts to Saint Joseph's Episcopal School are tax-deductible as allowed by the IRS.

A gift to the Annual Fund ensures that every student on our campus continues to experience what Saint Joseph's is known for - outstanding teachers, diverse enrichment programs, extracurricular activities and, most importantly, the academic excellence, leadership and Christian values that is synonymous with Saint Joseph's education.

Matching Gifts Program

 

Many companies provide the employee benefit of a Matching Gifts Program. You may increase your support to Saint Joseph's if you and/or your spouse's employer participate in this program.  Complete a Matching Gift Form from your company's Human Resources Office and return it to Saint Joseph's along with your pledge card.
